Boxster registry ? Oldest known 986 Boxster ?

I am looking for a registry that could help about VIN dates.... I am looking for the first months of production Boxsters and their VINs

I found down to about WP0CA2984VS610560 on vinanalytics.com. They don’t have build dates however for this year (987 they certainly do). I couldn’t see any table online if the actual ranges. You might send an email to those guys and ask what the lowest vin they have is -

Hi all

Here is an update to clear things : The 1997 MY Boxster began with VIN*ZVS600061. So my Boxster is around the 900th produced :-)
