Window goes down but not up
 

Hi, I just bought a 2006 Boxster S and it is great.

The only thing I see is that the drivers window goes down when you open it but doesn't go back up when you close the door.

The passenger side works perfectly.

What do you imagine it is ?

Terry, I have had a similar issue on both doors of my car. For me it was caused by the window regulator. With me the glass stayed up when the door handle was pulled causing it to remain in the roof channel and making me to have to pull it until it popped free and opened. And then on the way out it would get stuck outside of the channel and not close completely
