Electrical Problem on 2007 Cayman S
1) Tried installing the 2006-2008 Cayman LED Spars with Radiator Guards (link) as DRL (daylight running light) (link)
a. Shorten a fuse in the washer heater line (the + positive and - negative accidentally touched)
b. Around the same time, my radiator started coming on within 1 minute of driving the car, even when it’s early morning.
c. Started pulling fuses and pulled out the relay carrier #1 (located next to the fuse box, under the steering wheel). This is where I think I messed up; the battery was connected the whole time.
2) Fixed the short in the 12v line of the washer heater by retaping the bad splice job at the heater washer.
3) Now the car wouldn’t turn over, the radiator turns on immediately at full power, and the following errors flashes on the dash: PSM failure -> ABS failure -> system fault visits workshop. Bad starter relay? Bad ECU?

This is my first attempt at anything mechanical and electrical, so please let me know if this is something a beginner can trouble or should I take it in to a specialist?
Another thing, before I did anything to the car. The windshield wiper stopped working one day (3 weeks after I got the car). Car been sitting for 2 days now.

Doesn't sound good, what do you mean "the radiator turns on"?

Disconnect the battery and reverse what you did or at least retrace your steps, making sure all the fuses are correct, then reconnect the battery. Check for errors.

I am a little concerned with the wording that perhaps a visit to a dealer is on order.

Luckily it was a bad fuses with the Dme control unit.

Which fuses?
