heater/ac fan problem
 
1998 Boxster with 88,000 miles. My heater/ac fan goes on when the key is on but not running. When I start the car the fan does not work. The fuse is good. Is this a resistor or relay problem or an ignition problem or? Can anyone help, thanks.
