New Mexico PST-2/PIWIS Location

Hi All,
I'm trying to locate a repair shop or someone who has a PST-2/PIWIS tool somewhere in New Mexico. I want to add the on-board computer and cruise control functionality to our 2003 Boxster 2.7 and need to have those options enabled in the car's computer. I tried the only Porsche dealer in New Mexico (Albuquerque) but they refused, saying it was aftermarket. I called a Porsche repair shop in Santa Fe and he tried but his PST-2 was a clone and he couldn't change/add any of the codes. I called two other repair shops in Santa Fe but no joy. I already bought all the parts for the upgrade from Pelican Parts but they are just sitting here. Does anyone know of where I can find what I'm looking for?

Sorry, Just saw this. I lived in Albuquerque and took my Boxster to these guys on several occasions.See link below. They're very good and reasonable. Best in the state. By all means stay the hell away from the dealer in Albuquerque. They're a bunch of thieves...
