Changed battery in 2001 Boxster. Car is OK but CEL is on. Also radio does not power on at all. Much more concerned about CEL. Thoughts? Thank you in advance for your time!

Yes sometimes this happens and a simple reset is all that is necessary. You will need a scan tool to reset and read the code. The radio may also need to have a security code input which can be found in the radio owners manual or by calling the local Porsche service center.
