P1095 after cleaning MAF and TB

I removed the MAF, in tube, TB and plenum to clean them out. I used the correct cleaner and buttoned everything back up. Now the car is idling really bad and throwing P1095.

When I cleaned the TB I did rotate the butterfly with my hand to get the gunk out. There as a good bit. I just read that can damage the sensor inside??? Say it ain't so.

Update: The TB looks fine. I watched it cycle while connected to the car and watched it rotate with the pedal.

Update: Solved. Not look like MAF at all. The lines to the AOS snapped when I replaced it and I had to make hoses. They were not sealing and that is what was causing the MAF code.

I am going to cap off one of the inlets on the intake and AOS.
