2004 Boxster Base engine swap

I have a 2004 Boxster Base that came with a 2.7L and 5 speed trans. I have recently acquired a 2003 - 3.2L that I am planning on installing. Can anyone tell me if: 1) the wiring harness from my 2.7 will work on the 3.2, and 2) if my 5 speed trans can be used with the 3.2
