Question Coolant leak causing cylinder #6 misfire?

I've had a flashing temp light on my 1999 Boxster the last two weeks, finding that the coolant reservoir is also draining real fast. Driving this weekend my CEL came on so I attached my OBD2 tester and came up with code P0306, "too many misfires within the allocated time" on cylinder #6.

So my question is could the misfire be caused by coolant dripping on the coil on 6, causing it to misfire? I'm trying to find a relationship between the two, and the proximity of the coolant reservoir to #6. It can't be a large leak, because my trunk carpeting is dry, and I haven't noticed any pooling under the rear passenger wheel
well.

Thoughts? Thanks.

I would be doing a leak down test on #6, you may have a more serious issue.

Does the exhaust have any color? White blue or black?
