Unhappy PLEASE HELP! Badly Leaking transmission, slipping, and stalling!

Hello guys, I'm new to this forum and hope I can find help for my new, major problem with my car. I have a 1997 Boxster and it's been great, I've driven it almost every day for months without any issues. Yesterday it started to lurch back and forth in third gear, then it stalled so I started it up and drove home (I was very close). Now there's a very bad leak coming from what I can only guess is the transmission. If anyone's had a similar issue, can you please tell me what it was. I will also post a few pics of where the leak is coming from, if anyone knows a fix please help. Much appreciated and I hope I can stay a Porsche owner and not have to sell the car.

Probably a front pump pressure seal, but in any case, the trans will need to come out to be repaired (or replaced).
