Misfire

Can someone help a damsel in distress?

I have a 2001 Boxster S which has a misfire on no. 3 and 5 when it first starts up but if I attach the code reader to the car and clear the fault codes the car runs fine until the next time I start it up. I replaced the coil pack and spark plugs a year ago to all 6 cylinders. The misfires started after I had the car .jet washed on Saturday? Any idea on the possible causes?

Many thanks for any advice to my next step.

Yes, one or more of the connectors got wet when you washed the car.
