986 Boxster HVAC temp control flap motor not moving

My AC / Heater on my 986 S just stopped changing temperature (stuck on cold). I opened up the passenger side footwell and noticed that the servo that mixes the hot and cold air was not moving, so I replaced it. This didn't seem to work as the new servo is also not moving. I have looked in my Bently manual for a fuse associated with this but I can't find one. I'm stumped with what to try next. Any ideas are appreciated.
