Cowl drain

98 Boxster Base. While probing the left cowl drain the tube end was accidentally pushed down below the sheet metal. Because of the close proximity of the brake bracket access to the drain hole is very difficult. I don't want to leave it like this, if water gets into this area without the drain tube no telling where it will end up. Any ideas?
