Swap Boxster S 2002 Engine for Boxster S 2005 Engine

In the 101 projects book when swapping in a 2003-2008 engine it is said slight that mods are necessary the pinouts on the DME connector and extension is necessary to the engine wire harness.

Are more specific details available?
