Trunk, spoiler and conv. top not working after charge
 

2006 Boxter.
Alarm was somehow triggered. Drained battery.
After recharging battery: Rear spoiler in extended position, rear trunk will not open and convertible top remains in retracted position.
None of the motors or switches being triggered are heard.

Is this a fuse or relay switch?

On my Cayman the hatch, horns and spoiler are on the same fuse, A3 in the fuse box.
