AOS lower hose clamp tool

Looking through the 101 projects for your Boxster, I found the section on replacing the AOS filter. The advice in section 3 is to replace the flexible hose that connects to the right side cylinder head. He says there is a special set of pliers to remove the spring clamps. Where can I find these special pliers? Thanks

I'd like to find the plastic retainer that holds the clamp open until you're ready to release it. Autozone was not aware of them but has a cable clamp pliers set for $36.
