No label on used tires
Just bought some great wheels for my 08 Cayman at the Herschey Swap meet. Have pretty decent tires on them but certainly not new, where should I place them?

Hello and welcome to the forum! I'm not sure that I understand what you're asking.

The date should be on the sidewall.

There should be an oval on the sidewall with 4 numbers something like 0416 which means it was manufactured the 4th week of 2016. If you can't tell when the tire was made, don't use it--it's not USDOT compliant. Maximum safe lifetime of a tire is about 6 years. after that, the tire is heat and ozone deteriorated and my have dry rot.

Most tire shops charge for disposal of old tires.
