2008 S front bumper

My front bumper took a hit. It had dents in it for a while but they seem to have popped out on their own. At least, I can't tell they were ever there. But the trim piece around the center hole in the bumper no longer fits properly, see attached pictures. It appears that this trim piece is bent on the drivers side and no longer fits tight on the passenger side.
The questions are:
How is this thing attached?
Is it possible to repair it or does it need to be replaced?

It seems like if I knew how to remove this piece I could straighten it out but I still would not know how to re-attach it.

Ignore the oil spots on the floor, its my turbo marking his territory.

As I remember, the front trim piece that is loose, goes thru a bunch of slots in bumper, and snaps into the part behind the bumper. So you are going to remove your bumper (easy to do) and see if the connection snap-in pieces are broken on the trim ring. Really an easy job.

Where did you get your splitters I see in your pictures?

Thanks for the picture of the part and the part number. It helps a lot when you know what you are looking for, I think I can see the slots where the trim piece sticks out the farthest from the bumper. In fact it looks like the drivers side is bent right where the first slot would be.

The splitters came on the car from the factory, I believe they are part of a factory aero kit.
