spoiler works manually, not automatically
 

The spoiler on my 1999 Boxster does not go up and down automatically, but will work with the button in the fuse box. Does anyone have a solution for this? Thanks.

As an ex owner of a 2001 Boxster this is all I can tell you from my experience with it.
You likely will get a better answer on the 986 forum as I see you have had no response until me.

When I bought my Boxster it came with a Porsche dealership receipt stating that spoiler activation was decommissioned, fuse pulled. So obviously there was something wrong with it and it was not working. Hope this helps!
