Front cooling fans not coming on

I have a 2000 Baxster and I have noticed that the front cooling fans are not coming on any longer. What would you recommend checking first? What’s the best way to test the relays?

I do not disbelieve in anything. I start from the premise that everything is true until proved false. Everything is possible.

Start the car, turn on the a/c and go listen if the fans are on. Could be the fans no longer work. This is a common failure. I had to replace mine on my old Boxster.
