Time Delay Relay

I’m trying to locate the time delay relay on a 06 Boxster 987
The relay is supposed to turn off any battery drain from interior lights, radio etc. 30 minutes after the ignition is turned off per the owner’s manual. The relay is not on the relay board next to the fuse board. It must be located some where else, but where?

Page 234 Boxster manual:If the engine is not running and the accessories are switched on, the vehicle battery will be discharged. The power supply is interrupted after 30 minutes to protect the vehicle battery. If the load is to be switched on again, the ignition must be switched on once.

It isn’t a relay, it is software in the DME.

Thanks for the information. Strange that the software would change and the time delay would stop working? Use to turn off parasite electric drain but now it doesn’t.

Usually, that is a sign that someone has added something to the electrics that the system is not looking for or has no control over. Could be a simple as an aftermarket radio or GPS setup.
