Noise back right side
Occurs when I am moving and the car is not yet warmed up. It seems to vanish after driving to operating temperature. It's not a bang but more like something is rattling and occurs when I hit bumps in the road.
Any ideas where to start looking? Thanks in advance. |

Have you checked over your suspension - is everything on tight?

I believe so. Would suspension stop making noises when the car is warmed up?

I am going to throw this out there.
I was experiencing noise too when going over bumps. I am pretty sure I found the issue when going to replace my clutch. Upon removing the pan that fits under the transmission there were 2 large rocks stuck in there. I could not see them at all and had no idea they were there until I took the pan off. |

Would the noise go away when the car warms up? Could the coolant tank be moving when cold and then stops moving when warm due to expansion?

One other thing to check is the exhaust, ie a cat internal baffle etc. Try hitting the exhaust with your hand before you start the car and is still cold to see if you can replicate the noise.
