Shoulder belt, how to lower

my wife finds that the stock lap and shoulder belt cuts into her neck rather than over the shoulder. Any suggestions on how to fix? 1989 Boxster, stock everything

You can try adjusting the seat position, possibly raising it; to see if this makes a difference.
