which is better, hydraulic table or ATV jack

I am ready to drop the engine from my 911SC, can anyone recommend the best method of hydraulic jack ie hydraulic table jack or ATV jack. I am looking at 1500 lb capacity from harbor freight. One time use only.

You can use a hydraulic floor jack and be fine. If you haven't already, read through our article: 911 Engine Removal

I think you'll find it to be a straightforward process. Feel free to post in the 911 Technical section as well with any questions. You can also search the forum too; you'll see a 'search' button within the navigation bar towards the top of the page.
