I'll be in Vancouver, BC Aug 1-4
I'll be in Vancouver Aug 1 thru Aug 4 on one of my TV shows. I'll be staying at "Sutton Place" if anyone cares to get together for a beer or three. I'm from Los Angeles, and haven't posted on the Canadian forum before.

Sounds like a plan... although I'm partial to Brix restaurant (http://www.brixvancouver.com) as it's my brother-in-law's place.
 Excellent wine list and even better patio. I'm in Portland for the ALMS until the afternoon of the 1st, but any time on the 2nd or 3rd works for me. What TV show are you involved with? ...jeff |

Hey Hugh... sorry I didn't hear from you. Turns out we had about 6 of us show up for beers, and one of the guys thinks he knows you. He works in the film industry here in Vancouver, and seems to think he might have sat through a presentation you gave on safety, etc.
