Engine Adapter and A/C

I'm doing a rebuild on my 911. Is there anyone in Canada willing to rent me their Porsche engine yolk or engine adapter ring? I live near Kitchener Waterloo.

Also, I am removing the working AC in my 911 - it has the upgraded compressor (to R134) - I can get details and pics later. It will also come with a recharge kit I brought up from Florida. If anyone is looking for one I have all the parts available, new hoses, etc. Let me know.

thanks,

-Rob

Rob, did you get rid of all your ac parts. My 911 has the converted R134 compressor as well. What hoses were you refering to..

I have all the parts, all the hoses, they are all coming out. The system is quite new. I can't post pics until the weekend. If anyone is interested, let me know.

a/c

thanks for your reply.

I have a 1972 that is a work in progress as a daily driver. It had a/c originally but it was taken out sometime in it's life. I've got the front console (air vents), and the compressor bracket re installed in the car, but need everything else.

Thanks again
Mark

This is a complete system that was converted from R12 to R34. I think the brackets are probably different but all of those are available as well.

You can come by my house and take a look for anything on the A/C you need.

I have more pics - receipts for hoses, fittings, etc.

Open to offers, I'm just looking to get this to a good home. And also, I have a new recharge kit I brought up from Florida.

A/C install

Hi Rob, finally got the A/C installed in the car. All actually went in very well.

Only thing that took me a little longer to figure out was the electrical but I got a little help from a company in San Diego CA who supplies after market systems, he sent me the wiring diagram for their system and it actually worked. First time.

All I need to do is have it filled.

One question, do you recall if there were any O rings installed or the fittings done require them?

Thanks again for your help.

Marco
