Auto Body Shop - Hamilton/Oakville

Hi guys,

I finally picked up an OEM whale tail for my 1980 SC (it had a fibreglass one), however, it is black and my car is guards red.

Anyone know of a good body shop in the Hamilton area (I'm willing to drive up to an 1hr or so)?

When I got my ducktail, I took it to Kelly Autobody on upper Wellington. There was no taping or anything needed, so I think they just had to do a basic sanding. The finish is excellent and so far there's been absolutely no peeling or cracking, even on fibreglass. However the colour match isn't perfect. It's quite noticeable in bright light. If memory serves, they only had pics of the car to colour match, because I wouldn't leave it there, so maybe that's why the colour match wasn't perfect. And they did warn me in advance it wouldn't be perfect. Cost was $200 + taxes.
