Export form B13? for Shipping a 911 engine?
 

I'm shipping a 911 engine to a guy in Singapore using his shipping company. The shipper demanded that I send from a corporation since they won't accept personal shipments, fine. They also stated I need an export declaration form B13 which I have located on the web. Has anyone else here had to fill out one of these forms who may be able to help me?
