This year my parents are in Ottawa for a visit so just my wife, son and me to cook for this year.
Did a nice standing rib roast on the Big Green Egg yesterday. It was great but no photos... I also tried my hand at making Indian Candy and cold smoked some wild caught salmon for 7 hours. The small pieces are too salty but still yummy. I think I need to increase the sugar and reduce the salt during the brine phase. Happy Thanksgiving!
