paintless dent removal

Hey guys,
I have a few to a bunch of dings I would like to have taken care of. Does anyone have any experience, recommendations and or warnings about having it done? I am generally paranoid by nature and am a little hesitant about calling anyone and having them dig into my body. my paint ain't great but it is original and shines pretty nicely although there is a lot of surface scratches. I will eventually get it repainted I guess but its nice to not have to be to paranoid about leaving it in a parking lot now and then. It was built to be used right? Anyway... back to my original question. If there is anyone in the triangle area of NC who has a great recommendation, pass it on please

A good paintless dent repair guy can do things you would never think possible. Door dings, hail damage, dents, they can all be fixed to perfection. I highly reccomend it...

Portland is a bit of a hike for me toman, but if you knew a good one I'd be tempted to take a drive... I forgot all about this post. I guess this isn't a high traffic area

Thanks
