HISTORY: Original engine was a 2-litre 911R making about 200hp, #6400815, built by Wolfgang Dworazik; that was replaced in 1973 by Dworazik with a current Porsche 2.4-S #6522249 (as appeared in the 916), and that engine was race-prepped in 1977 at much expense into a 2.8 with 10.5:1 CR with new Redline 40IDAs and PMO tall manifolds, MSD, etc; car was raced that way thru 2001.
In 2002, the 2.8 race-prepped case, P/C's & heads were then swapped for a new 7R case with updated turbo oiling system, 2.7 heads and RS P/C's to build a 2.7 street engine which was removed in 2012 and sold in 2013. A Spare oem-914/6 2.0 long block was sold in 2011
