Vehicle Name 1973 Porsche 914 2.0
Year 1973
Make Porsche
Model 914
History My daily driver with only 260,000 miles. Appearance Group option. Mods: 40idf webers, hydraulic Webcam, 911 valve adjust screws, high volume oil pump, 10:1 compression, rebuilt synchros, short shift kit, 911 master cylinder, sway bar, lowered, 180 lb progressive springs, gas shocks, all interior switches and accessories rebuilt. My brother (2nd owner in 1977) rebuilt it once, and since I got it from him in 1988, I've rebuilt it twice. It isn't restored, but I think it's better today than the day it left the Karmann factory. It may not be 100% Porsche (tm), but it is one fun and fine way to run around.

Hobbies:Bicycling, 914, FI and LeMans racing series, RC airplanes

Recent News:Finished second repaint, repolish, re-everything in January, 2003

Notes:Is it a Porsche? Is it a VW? Why does that matter?
