Unhappy Headlights on mustang not working

The headlights on my 97 mustang are not working. The blinkers didn't work till I hit a pot hole, now they work again. The "pass to flash" switch works. The brights and low beams do not. I've changed the bulbs, checked the fuses, and tested the wires. The wires are carrying a current all the way to the bulbs. The wires also carry a current from the switch. Any ideas on what it could be?

Bad ground. Sounds like you've checked the power supply side of the circuit, now you need to check the return side.

Headlight power runs through the turn signal switch on Mustangs, too- if you look like you've got ground grab a new stalk- the upper and lower column pieces come off 1-2-3 and it's right there... was a problem on my '93...

Just wanted to say thanks for all the advice. It tured out to be the turn signal switch. And it was easy to replace. Did it all myself without my boyfriends help. Thanks again.
