What? An actual Midwest event?

There is a Porsche/VW gathering Friday July 21st and Saturday July 22nd at the Ohio State Reformatory. This is the location where Shawshank Redemption was filmed. It is centrally located in Ohio just outside of Mansfield. There will be Reformatory tours, a beer garden and live band on Friday. There are plenty of nearby hotels or you can camp on the grounds.
I can't make it as we made vacation plans already for that week. I nearly cancelled them when I found out but my non-refundable deposit was at stake, so next year. Here is the mapquest link:

This sounds like it was a cool event. I loved the movie, would have liked to see the place just for that.
