detroit grand prix

I just got my ticket for the race can't wait to get my car in the porcheplatz and see all the other cars. I hope lots of you are going been reading your posts for a long time and it would be nice to meet some of you. Since this my first Pelican post here is a photo of my car it is a 91 964 turbo forest green with about 72000 miles got it last year life has never been the same since.

I worked the Grand Prix since Tuesday...I will post pictures later this week after getting some rest. it was awsome (Porsche Team) looked great.

I have some pictures to post also, will try to in the next day or so. Your right Porsche did look good, to bad though that the flying lizard gt3 burned up so bad, I almost cried.

That was a bad fire. They have close to a month to get the car ready for Petit LeMans, so I suspect they'll make it. Don't want to give anything away in case anyone reading this still has not seen it. I just finished watching it today, that was an exiting finish.

My wife and I worked the DGP (flaggers at stations 7-7A) and the Porsches did put on one heck of a show.
In fact, we called in the Flying Lizard car as being on fire, and race control (watching from TV no doubt) presumed it was tire rub.
NOT
I hope they can get the car back in race shape for the Petite.
