Winter Projects

Is everybody still snowed in ? No posts from up North here all winter. Any good projects ?

The typical battery rust's led to the pan replacement, A-arm bushings were so bad there was a flat spot worn in the T bars. All the front suspension parts have been bead blasted & powder coated. Still waiting for the tank support, so everything's kinda on hold.
Today UPS dropped off a front oil cooler from a fellow pelican, One more thing on the to-do list. Am hoping to get the car all repainted & still have a chance to drive it this year.
Owned it a year & 1/2 , invested twice what I paid for it, & have only been able to drive it about 800 miles ! Too many upgrades.
At least the Formula 1 season's only a month away, spring cant be far behind.

I have projects that need to get done, but I don't have a heated garage, so it aint happeneing.

Well I'm far behind on my project list...

Finally sent my broken tranny gears out on the racecar for replacement.

Probably 8-12 hours away from finishing the 993

Then I get started on cutting out the battery boxes on the racecar and putting the tranny back together...

Way behind...

almost time to put it away for the winter, & it hasnt even been out of the garage all year.

My 2008/2009 winter projects list:

1. G50 transmission conversion
2. Upgrade to double-adjustable shocks
3. Install lighter pro-engineered roll-cage to replace current one
4. Have fuel cell refreshed.
5. 18" wheels.
