Hi Mark. The rear 19mm can be bought new from Porsche for $150 or so. On the front, you may want to contact George at 944Ecology.com or Partsheaven and see if you can get a 26.8 or 30.
Hey there. I would try and find spindles/hubs from an 86 turbo so you don't have to convert to late offset. You'd need the calipers too. You can get turbo sways front and rear if you'd like. I'd probably get koni strut inserts with the coilover kit. Paragon products has what you'd want. I went with a full coilover setup from ground control (so I will be running front and rear coilovers with no torsion bar--this runs almost $2k).
