    Look at a forum you responded to regarding Bosch CDI units. Well the Alfa Montreal used the exact same box. I'm debugging one of these units and it comes down to the Transformer is not working. Believe the windings are shorted in W1. Are these transformers available? If so can you provide a source so I can obtain one. The forum I looked at was some years ago 2007. Hope your still around.

    Thanks for your inputs and comments. I really appreciate them. I was wondering if you actually repair the DME for the 3.2 Porsche engines?

    The internal wiring appeared intact to me and the alternator is working properly now. What did you mean by your "wiring is disintegrated" comment?
