You have a few options with the front. To get more negative camber out of it, you can lower the front of the car with the torsion bar adjusters. Or you can slot the holes in the strut tower, flatten the lip, etc. Or get camber plates.

If you need more positive adjustment, you can raise the front of the car, or modify the strut towers or get camber plates.

The unevenness makes me wonder if anything is bent. Check the strut tube and spindle for straightness.

Shims in the back can make the camber more positive--not more negative.

    Dave,

I’m having a camber issue with the front and back of my 73 914. Here’s the alignment specs:

    Front left: -0.5
    Front right: -0.9
    Rear left: -1.5
    Rear right: -1.9

The shop says there is no more adjustment left on the front, so what are my options? The rear I’m assuming I can just add shims… Any help would be great, thanks!
