Drive shaft vibrating on a 1998 BMW E36

Good day. E36 started vibrating heavily in the cockpit. Bought guibo and center bearing and gave it to mechanic to replace. My old ones were gone indeed. But it did not stop even after replacing those. I went underneath on my own at home and lowered the exhaust, unfastened the center bearing and let it sit on its natural preferred position, VIBRATION improved by 60%. Now vibrate when I do higher speeds (80 km/h and higher.

My fear is the mechanic did not mark the drive shaft to return to original position. If that was the case, how do I get it back. If true (according to my observation) the center bearing need to be aligned properly, how do i do it?

    Regards
    Dido
