I put 12 volts to pump, it worked and car started but wouldn't run on its own I cleaned and replaced 2 inner relays on relay board and problem solved. Thank you for your help.

    Thanks Dave,
I swapped out, one at a time, the 3 relays on the Relay board near the blower. Each one had 5 pins with pin 30 being hot and 45,46,47,47a being the other pins. No change.
I ran 12 volts from Battery to hot side of pump and pump ran. The car started easily but would not continue.I removed a fuel hose from the #3 injector and turned over the engine but fuel did not flow.
    Now any thoughts?

You either have a fuel pump problem, or a problem with the system that powers the pump and injection equipment. Check the fuses on the relay board, and check the wires going to the board. Also swap the relays on the board with your headlight relays, after making sure the latter will actually raise and lower your lights.
