    Hey James,

I understand you are helping your friend out and she need real estate service. I have been working with my agent, Alyssa Valentine, for some time and she really is fantastic. No pressure, very easy going. give me a call if she's interested in connecting with Alyssa. Also mention to her that if she need help with looking at the property and need the advice of a general contractor, have her give me a call. I will do it for a friend of a fellow bicyclist and P car owner free of charge. This way she can buy with a piece of mind or make better purchasing decisions. Plus, I know the Burbank really well.

red-beard, do you still have those .25 clips for the pocket colt? Mine is pretty early production - prewar, chrome with pearl grips. Let me know! in San Antonio, TX

Hi Red-Beard, I was wondering if you web page is still up somewhere showing the 901 rebuild? Or if not.. Would you happen to have a copy of the PDF still? I would love to see it!
