Thinking of ordering a Clutchnet clutch kit. Found that you mentioned you planned on buying one. How would you say it has performed so far?

this is JP (rsrfan). Unfortunately, I will be in Sacramento this week in depositions Monday through Friday. Next time you know you are coming down, give me a week or two notice and I will make sure that I am around so that I can show you the car and buy the beer. Have a great time in Vegas and make sure to check out the Imperial Palace collection as the Casino has been sold and it is not yet clear what will happen to the cars.

You don't know me but I am a friend of Mike Zois. I recently moved to Reno in the South Meadows area and I have a couple cars that are going to have a problem passing smog. Actually, to clarify, they will pass the sniff but they are modified and I want to register them as Classic Vehicles. One is a 240Z that has triple Webers, the other is a 914 with aftermarket SDS fuel injection.
I am looking for a warehouse to rent out of Washoe to use as a DMV address so I don't have to smog them. Mike said you might be a resource.

By the way, I am having an event on the 8th of October called the Reno Porsche Family Reunion. It will be at Starbucks at the Southeast corner of Double R Blvd. and South Meadows. 9am to Noonish if you're interested. I have had these in Sacramento for 3 years and they draw 20-30 cars once I get them going. A good way for the locals to get to know each other.

Gotchya. Well see what you can do about bombing into //SFest 8/29 then. Get me an email addy and I'll send you the evite w/ all the details. GOOD TIMES - sorry - it IS a sausage fest (but that's sorta the point, well for us married dolts!).

Im selling anything that petains to the motor with the exception of- Studs, inter cooler, and my forged rockers that I just got- everything else is fair game when I decide to do it. So if you need anything let me know.
