First, I am much less comfortable with later cars than my 914, but I will try to help anyway.

With lots of warnings and indicators, that would seem to indicate a major failure somewhere, possibly at one of the computers. Has the footwell gotten wet? I know that on the 2nd-gen MINIs, there is a computer in the passenger footwell that can get soaked by clogged sunroof drains. There might be something similar on BMWs.

Another possibility is the battery. Newer cars behave really strangely when their battery is about dead. Might be worth throwing on a charger and/or taking the battery to an auto parts place for testing.

I think with this many problems, you might wind up needing to get to a good independent mechanic who knows newer BMWs.
