    There was not any way to know what happened. The bottom line is the crank is standard with all factory bearings in place, the #6 cylinder was damaged and distorted so it was very difficult to remove from the case. The case has interior damage so its not saleable. The rods were good as was the throws of the crank. The engine had 50k but was sealed with 574 which I dont think the factory uses for sealant in the actual build but there was no signs of it having been opened except for the sealant.
