    Yes, 3x3 for the rear bar and legs, as well as the front upright (L shaped)

    The bar that connects the froth to the back is the same size as the extensions that slide up and down to support the floor as well as the torsion tube. That piece I believe is 2.5. It is a bit of a sloppy fit, but is is the nearest size I could get. Since I pin or bolt the slip joints, it doesn't wobble though.

    The piece top horizontal piece that support the floor at the front is overkill. I would probably do 3x1 for that next time. (3 to distribute the load, and 1" to take the load.

    If you want to post any questions in the thread I can check that and reply to it as well so others have a reference.

    I am designing stand like the one you built. What sizes of square tubing did you use? In looking at your Pix I see 3X3X.250 I think.
    I am trying to figure out what you used to telescope into the disconnects for the center bar and for the upright inserts to be able to slide in and out?
    Any help would be appreciated..
