Your PM box is full, so dropping the sidecover stud info here...

Sorry for the slow reply. My phone won't let me reply to PMs so I have to answer when I remember to log on at work.

I'm showing 999.062.010.02 is the right one, and is actually 51mm long. That's the total length, and there is a small section in the center that is not threaded. The short end goes into the case.

Interesting side note, that is also the same as an intake manifold stud. I would start with Engine Builders Supply if the Fastenal route gets too difficult. If EBS can't help then it wouldn't hurt to contact someone like Rennsport Systems, who does a lot of engines, or one of the head builders or even Competition Engineering.

    Hello Klefroid,

I don't know much about T3 flanges, honestly. The BW's use a v-band flange, so you'd have to modify your muffler to a v-band also. Don't think BW makes a 4-bolt flange like the K27 has.

How much power are you ultimately shooting for? Are you CIS? If so, I'd imagine the larger S200 models would be fine. If EFI, the smaller S300's (S360 and S362) are good for pretty nice power. The larger S363 and S366 are huge power (750-825hp).

    Hi Tippy,

I'm verry interested in the borg warner s200 or S300 series.
Can you please help me out picking up the right one for me?
There are a few options but I'm not sure where to go for.
This is the thread I started. Except for the t3 flange I dont know what to choose.
looking to the pictures, looks like the muffler doesn't bolt on like a K27?
    Big Thanks!
