Oops, sorry I don't check PMs regularly. My son is fine, starting middle school, reading at normal level, a grade ahead in math, wasn't great in French but does know it decently, really good in science, really good in art and other creative things, handwriting is messy but he does write cursive. Basically a normal boy academically. He had some tutoring in letter recognition back in 2004/05, since moving to Portland he's just been in normal school. His grade school was a good private school that had teachers that helped kids who were behind in reading and writing, they helped him a lot. My wife spent a lot of time reading with him.
