    So far, so good. Now the heat here in GA is brutal so I try not to let the car sit in the sun on hot days just because it turns into an oven really quick, but it is holding up fine (knock on wood). Plus remember that the rubber gaskets for the glass fit over the lip so they provide some extra grip. The only place I could see ever possibly being an issue is around the door frame. There is an automotive/industrial version of E6000 too but I could not find it locally -- you can find it online but I'm not sure what the difference is either. Two benefits of the E6000 is that it is also waterproof and it is vibration resistant. Hope that helps and good luck on your project!
