P0012 - 2008 r56 n12b16a

Hi Mini World
I just replaced the timing chain, guides and tensioner on my Cooper, what a difference that makes. I also pulled both Vanos Selenoids and unclogged them, ended up replacing one as I broke the screen filter cleaning it. Also replaced both cam sensors.
Before replacing the rattling timing chain, I was getting the P0011, P0012, P0304, P0342, P0365, P0366. It seemed like this poor thing was just giving up. But I believe it was from poor maintenance by the previous owner. While I was at it and had everything apart, I replaced the plastic water pump with a new aluminum replacement (good thing as I found a crack in it) and replaced the Thermostat Octopus.
But, now I am still getting the P0012. But here's the kicker... No check engine light, but its still throwing the P0012.
Any ideas what to look for?
